Shanghai Hugong Valve Factory is a large valve production enterprise which was established in 1989. As one of the biggest domestic suppliers of gate valves, global valves, cut-off valves, ball valves, butterfly valves and hydraulic control valves, we are an ISO9001-certified company with an advanced management model. 



Our company has a registered capital of USD2,500,000 and fixed assets that exceed USD7,000,000. After further development, we are also using another USD5,000,000 of investment to build a new factory in Shanghai. 



Most of our products are applicable in many fields, such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, energy, construction and water treatment. We employ 556 people, including 158 technical engineers and 3 senior engineers. We also have more than 10 workshops for precise casting, hot forging and stamping, welding, heat treatment, finishing, machining and assembly. We can provide forged, cast and special valves, and have an output of 10,000 metric tons annually. 



Our factory also has over 300 sets of quality control and detection equipment, including a plasma welding machine, fully automatic gas protected welder, vehicle ball lathes, and other advanced equipment. 



We have the ability to make custom-built valves and similar products based on customers' samples. Normally, these custom items can be finished within 1 month. We promise that all Hugong products are made from the highest quality materials and manufactured to the most critical specifications. All Hugong valves are factory preassembled and tested before shipment.
